Tyre Model: | Terrain: | Tyre Size: | Tread Depth: | PSI: |
MX-SM | Sand / Mud | 100/90-19 | 18.5 | 13psi |
MX-SM | Sand / Mud | 110/90-19 | 18.5 | 13psi |
TODD’S SET-UP
This tyre works best at 13psi. In sand, the tyre maintains its shape and tall knob height, which allows the paddle to bite into the sand. Driving you forward.

TODD’S SET-UP
For me, 13psi is the optimum tyre pressure when racing in soft terrain. Under 13psi drops the knob height and reduces cornering traction mid-exit. Over 13psi will reduce traction under braking and have a “skatie” sensation when entering corners.
Tyre Model: | Terrain: | Tyre Size: | Tread Depth: | PSI: |

MX-SI | Soft – Int. | 80/100-21 | 12.5 | 13psi |
TODD’S SET-UP
Like the MX-ST, 13psi performs best for me. The front tyre holds up under heavy braking and the rear hooks up great in intermediate terrain. Reducing the front to 12.5psi can help cornering in the afternoon when the terrain gets hard.
Tyre Model: | Terrain: | Tyre Size: | Tread Depth: | PSI: |
MX-IT | Int. – Hard | 110/100-18 | 16 | 13psi |
MX-IT | Int. – Hard | 100/90-19 | 16 | 13psi |

MX-IT | Int. – Hard | 120/80-19 | 16 | 13psi |
MX-IT | Int. – Hard | 80/100-21 | 11 | 13psi |
TODD’S SET-UP
I don’t decrease from 13psi in the front when riding off-road. I will drop to 12.5psi in the rear to increase straight-line traction on hard / flat terrain if needed.
Tyre Model: | Terrain: | Tyre Size: | Tread Depth: | PSI: |
MX-IH | Int. – Hard | 90/100-16 | 14.5 | 13psi |

MX-IH | Int. – Hard | 110/90-19 | 16.5 | 13psi |
MX-IH | Int. – Hard | 120/80-19 | 16.5 | 13psi |
MX-IH | Int. – Hard | 120/90-19 | 16.5 | 13psi |
MX-IH | Int. – Hard | 70/100-19 | 11 | 13psi |
MX-IH | Int. – Hard | 80/100-21 | 12.5 | 12.5psi |
TODD’S SET-UP
I’ve found 12.5psi in the front works best on hard terrain. The tyre flattens out which increases traction under braking. Increase to 13psi for more comfort over jumps. The rear works great at 13psi, however drop to 12.5psi to increase straight-line traction.

TODD’S SET-UP
Overall, 13psi in the front provides the most comfort and performance when riding off-road trails. 15psi is optimal in the rear. Only drop to 14psi for extra grip over rocks & roots.

TODD’S SET-UP
Overall, 14psi in the front provides the best traction performance and overall comfort when riding off-road trails. 15psi is the optimum pressure in the rear. If I feel a loss of traction I drop to 14psi.

DESERT IT | Int. – Hard | 90/100-21 | 12 | 14psi |
TODD’S SET-UP
I recommend 14psi in the front & rear for all off-road riding. Only drop to 13psi to increase traction up steep rocky hills and climb over rocks & roots.
